Conditions for handling express delivery of scattered goods: The express delivery of scattered goods is applicable to goods with a weight of less than 30 tons or a volume of less than 60 cubic meters. The express delivery of scattered goods is applicable to all categories, except for the following situations: (1) Bulk cargo: (2) Dangerous goods handled in accordance with the Interim Regulations on the Management of Railway Dangerous Goods Transport (Tiezong Yun [2014] No. 57): (3) Overlong, overweight, over limit, and heavy goods; (4) Movables and perishable goods that require refrigeration and insulation transportation: (5) Contaminated goods that are prone to contaminate other goods: (6) Goods not transported by boxcars (goods that require approval from the parent company to be transported by open cars): (7) Goods loaded and unloaded on dedicated lines.
1. Bulk loading of goods.
2. Dangerous goods, overweight and oversized goods.
3. Activities and perishable goods that require refrigeration and insulation for transportation.
4. Dirty goods that are prone to contaminating other goods.
5. Military transportation, international intermodal transportation, and goods that need to be transported by changing between meter gauge and standard gauge.
6. Loading and unloading goods on dedicated lines (dedicated railways).
Goods prohibited from transportation by national laws and regulations.
8. Other goods that are not suitable for transportation as scattered goods.
Loose goods are accepted and transported based on their actual weight (volume).
